Sound familiar?

The people side of a project usually runs on inboxes and spreadsheets.

A complaint goes quiet

It sits in a shared inbox with no owner and no due date. By the time someone picks it up, the target has passed and the resident has gone to their local member.

The monthly report takes a week

The numbers for the client are rebuilt from emails and spreadsheets at month end, and they never quite match last month's.

Promises get lost at handover

Commitments made in planning live in someone's notebook. When the team changes, the neighbours who were promised a heads-up don't get one.

The products

Three products, built to work together.

Each product stands on its own, so you can start with the one the project needs now. We set each one up with you and train your team to run it, with support there if you want it.

More on the way

We are building more for construction teams. Tell us what your projects keep working around.

Who it's for

Built for the teams who carry a project's relationships.

Each team works in the product made for its job, and the records meet in one place when the client asks for a report.

Community and stakeholder teams

Notices, enquiries, complaints and consultation, with the monthly report built as you go.

Engage
Workforce and industry participation

Jobs, a talent pool and industry briefings in Connect. Hours and local spend against each target in Impact.

Connect Impact
Sustainability

Waste, materials, water and emissions reported each month, next to the social targets.

Impact
Subcontractors and workers

A portal to post project roles and send monthly returns. They never pay for it.

Connect Impact
Project directors and clients

One set of records behind every monthly report, from planning through to handover.

Engage Connect Impact
What your client asks for

What your client will ask for, and where Lomandra handles it.

Major project contracts come with community, industry, workforce and environmental requirements. Here is how each one is handled, so the evidence builds as you work rather than at month end.

Lomandra helps your team meet these requirements and keep the evidence. It does not certify compliance, and your reports to the client are still yours.

From planning to operations

One home for a project's relationships, at every stage.

Most projects pick up a new tool at each stage and lose the history each time. Lomandra products start early and stay with the project, so the commitments made at the start are the ones you report on in delivery.

Delivery

Run it every day

  • Engage for notices, alerts, enquiries and complaints

Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

You're new. Why trust you with a live project?
Fair question. Lomandra is new, made in Brisbane by Ellery. So we keep the risk low: we set each product up with you, train your team, you can start with one product, and you can export your records whenever you like. The Security page sets out exactly how your data is handled.
How long does set-up take?
It depends on the products you take and what you already have. We agree a set-up plan after the demo. Most of the work is loading your existing records and training your team.
Do we need IT to install anything?
No. Your team uses it in a web browser. The community uses the public page, or the branded project app if you add it.
Where is our data held?
Engage runs in the AWS Sydney region. Some supporting services, like email delivery, are named in each project's privacy statement, including where they store data.
Can we get our records out?
Yes. The stakeholder and complaints registers export to CSV, and monthly reports to Word, PDF or CSV. At close-out, the handover report brings together key people and open commitments.
We already use spreadsheets and a shared inbox.
Plenty of teams do, and it works until people change or the client asks for evidence. Lomandra keeps the same records in one place, with history, owners and dates attached.
How is it priced?
Per project, based on its size and how long it runs. Every project gets every feature of the products it takes, with unlimited users. Running several projects, or a pipeline of them as an owner or agency? Ask about a deal for your whole organisation. We set out the price after the demo, once we understand the job. Members of the public, applicants, subcontractors and workers never pay.
Do we have to take every product?
No. Engage, Connect and Impact each stand on their own. Most projects start with the one they need now and add others when the work calls for it. Impact switches on inside the same console as Engage, so your team doesn't learn a second system.
Which states does Impact cover?
All of them, plus Commonwealth-funded projects and the IS and Green Star rating schemes. You pick the region when you set up a project, and Impact suggests the targets that apply and names the policy each one comes from. Policies change, so confirm each target against your contract before you rely on it.

Tell us about your next project.

We'll walk you through Engage, Connect and Impact on a made-up project, then talk about which of them fit yours.
