This website is run by Ellery Studios Pty Ltd, a Brisbane company that makes Lomandra. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ellery Studios. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This policy covers this website, including the demo request form.

It does not cover information held inside Engage or Connect on a client's project. That information is handled under the privacy statement for that project, which the project team publishes.

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter:

• your name, work email, phone number (if you give it), role and organisation
• details about your project and its client that you choose to share
• how you heard about us, and anything else you tell us

Our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, so it can run and secure the site. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

We use Webflow Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited, how visitors found us and what kind of device they used. It uses cookies and similar technologies stored in your browser. Webflow processes this information for us, and we use it only to improve the site. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell your information. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

We use your details to arrange and run your demo, reply to your request and follow up on it. We may also use what you tell us to understand what projects need from our products.

We won't add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with the services that help us run this website and respond to you:

• Webflow, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
• Google, which provides the fonts used on this site
• our email provider, when form notifications are sent to our team

Webflow and Google may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers with their own security programs, and we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We limit access to demo requests to the people who need them. We keep requests only as long as we need them to follow up and keep proper business records, then delete them.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. To do that, contact us through ellerystudios.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
